Purrlys® Shipping Advice 

 

Where is my item being shipped from?

We primarily ship from our warehouse located in Sydney, NSW.

Please note that when ordering multiple items, they may be sourced from different warehouses and shipped using different couriers. If this occurs, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

When will my item be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched each weekday from our warehouses across Australia.

Your order is generally dispatched within 1-3 business days after placement. 

How long will it take to get to me?

Generally, if you live in or near a capital city in Victoria or New South Wales, you will receive your order within 1 week.

Alternatively, if you live in or near a capital city in Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia, or the Northern Territory, you will receive your order within 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery to regional and remote areas may take a bit longer, but typically no more than 12 business days. You can choose Express Delivery if you prefer a quicker option.

 What day/time will it be delivered?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact day and time for the arrival of your order. This will depend on the courier's transit times and trucking schedules.

Will I get a tracking number?

Consignment tracking details will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. You can also track your order via the carrier's website.

The expected delivery time provided by each courier is for reference only. Delivery may take longer than anticipated due to various reasons beyond our control. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please reach out to our friendly customer service team at meow@purrlys.com.au.

Can I leave a note for the courier?

Yes. You can leave a note during the checkout process, which will be added to the delivery instructions for your order; however, to ensure your dental probiotics are left in a safe place and not left in the sun, we require a signature. It is at the discretion of your delivery person to act on your request.

Please note: After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will need to contact the courier directly at the numbers provided above to add any notes to your order.

Can the courier call me before delivery?

Australia Post does not have this feature.

What if no one is home to receive my order?

If no one is home and there is a secure and dry place to leave your order, the driver may leave your item(s). If there's no safe place, they will leave a calling card, and you can call them to arrange a re-delivery date or collect from your local post office

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us due to an inaccurate address or a receiver rejecting it, our customer service representative will email you. A re-delivery cost may occur for any products returned to us due to incomplete addresses.

Can you deliver to my postcode?

Most items can be shipped to most areas of Australia. Unfortunately, depending on the size and weight of the item, bulky items are restricted to the postcodes highlighted below and certain other regional areas.

Note: If your postcode is listed above as undeliverable, you are welcome to contact us. We may be able to work with an alternate courier and an associated delivery fee to deliver your order.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Arranging your own courier or pickup is not available at our warehouses.
